Pulmonary Function Testing

• Onsite OccHealth provides pulmonary function testing used to evaluate a workers respiratory health.
• Medical surveillance programs can be developed and used to screen workers for their ability to perform certain tasks and create an employee baseline.
• Annual or Bi-Annual surveillance testing is available to track lung function over years worked.
• The main goal is to obtain early detection of restrictive, obstructive or mixed lung disease.
• Abnormal reports are given to our in-house physician and written recommendations will be provided and follow-up can often occur immediately,
• Onsite OccHealth works closely with Canadian Radiology Centre to expedite any follow-up chest x-rays in a timely manner (usually the same day). #gettingfitworkerstoworkfaster
