  WHAT IS DOT-REGULATED? 

• Definition:  Workers who operate certain commercial vehicles in the U.S. (such as buses, trucks, or a transporter of hazardous materials).  This may also pertain to certain railway workers, pipeline workers, aviation workers, and marine industry workers.
