At Onsite OccHealth, we specialize in creating Custom Ear Molds designed to provide optimal hearing protection, comfort, and performance in occupational and environmental noise settings. Whether used for industrial hearing conservation, communication systems, or personal audio devices, our ear molds are precision-fit to each individual to ensure superior noise reduction and long-term wearability.

All fittings are performed by trained professionals in accordance with Alberta Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS) regulations related to noise exposure and hearing conservation. Custom ear molds help reduce the risk of noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL)—a leading occupational hazard in industries such as construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, and transportation.
